Rajeshwar Sharma, better known as Raj to his friends and family, was the founding chairman of OST. Based on sound convictions about its impending success, he invested time and resources into the company contributing to the growth of OST to its present position. He has been an inspiring mentor ever since. He provided stability, wisdom and continuous guidance to the OST leadership and management. A keen supporter of community initiatives, he had been active through out his life in social activities.

Dinesh Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director
Dinesh Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director of OST, has vast experience in various technologies. He started his career as software professional serving in private and public sector organisations for around five years before starting his own software company Simplex Infotech in 1990. His entrepreneurial skills motivated him to foray into computing hardware and networking resulting into the formation of OST in 1994.
With an idea to build an organisation which gives importance to values, Dinesh has built spirited organisation that meets present challenges and envisages future opportunities. Under his dynamic leadership, with visionary and revolutionary approach, today OST is a leading system integrator and specialty distributor in the field of information, office automation and communication technology.
He did MSc in Statistics from Panjab University Campus in 1985, before pursuing Certificate Course in programming.
Born in 1964, he lives with his wife Sonia and two daughters in Mohali. Always keen to learn new technologies, he enjoys working.
VA Krishnan, Executive Director
Vaidyanathan Anantha Krishnan (VAK) has been on board since 1997 and plays a key role in driving large strategic business deals for OST. He has contributed largely to make OST a leading IT Solutions organisation. He has been instrumental in winning of several prestigious IT infrastructure projects for OST. He is also responsible for managing and developing government and enterprise relationships. Before joining OST, he has worked for 12 years in private and public sector organisations in various capacities in the field of IT and Administration.
He holds an Honour’s Degree in Mathematics from University of Madras, Tamil Nadu before pursuing Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Application from Bharati Dasan University, Tamil Nadu.
Born in 1962, VAK lives with his wife Karthika and a daughter in Mohali. VAK enjoys reading and classical music.
Chaand Kackria, Non-Executive Director
Chaand Kackria, co-founder of the company, is software professional since 1988 having core expertise in application software. He has also been director in Simplex Infotech. He has been delivering the best values for a number of software projects which involve multi-tasking and real-time requirements of reputed clients in this region.
He is presently working in Drish Infotech, managing software projects including offshore projects.
He holds Masters Degrees in Statistics and Public Administration from Panjab University Campus. He has also done post-graduate diploma in Computer Application from Agra University.
Born in 1964, he lives with his wife Reena along with daughter and son in Panchkula.
